We are a Company that was launched in 1997 by fully qualified and/or experienced specialist surveyors who had been unhappy about the number of unnecessary treatments being carried out by less reputable preservation companies. We had also been concerned by the over exposure of our clients, and their families , to toxic chemicals, particularly when alternative specifications are available. Our aim then, and still remains the same today, was to apply the most effective treatment to properties, with the most environmentally safe methods and materials and at the same time protect the health of the buildings occupants.

With that in mind we aim to achieve the following objectives:

• to give accurate and honest assessments on the need for any treatments
• to avoid the use of chemicals wherever and whenever possible
• safeguard the health of our customers and protect the environment
• to build our business based on what customers' needs are
• to improve the local economy by employing local people

As an active member of the BWPDA (PCA) we have now been registered as a member of the government endorsed "TrustMark" scheme. Read more about this here
